Horseshoe Bay Resort
There was a mistake when we checked in and we were given the wrong room. The next morning, the hotel staff moved us out of the room, while we were gone. To make up for the error, we were given a credit and a suite for the remainder of our stay.

When paying over two hundred dollars a night, I do expect to have wifi available. There's no wifi on the second or third floors. I asked about it and they said there was nothing that they could do.
