Pros: Very nice staff, beautiful bathroom remodel, easy parking, close to Austin. Overall good value Cons: not all of the rooms are well maintained. When we first arrived the lock to our room needed new batteries (waited 25 min in hallway to get into room)

The room was very dirty, there were paint chips everywhere. The description said that there was a microwave and fridge but there was not. The grossest hotel room I've ever been in.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Marble Falls
The only negative was the 8am text message that woke me up asking how my stay was. I checked in at 11pm after driving halfway across Texas, so I had my alarm set for 10am for an 11am checkout, but I was woke up at 8am by their text message.

There are plenty of places to eat all around this establishment. Like a city within a city. Lots of variety. Property is well maintained and the amenities met expectations. The free breakfast saves you a great deal of money especially if you’re traveling with family. Great overall experience.
