No parking at the property. We checked in after 3 pm and then was expected to check out at 10am and as a result had 19hrs with the apartment. Not enough time and left feeling short changed And the clean team wanted us out at 10am on the . Un happy😳

Perfect location for exploring The Royal Mile and close to the Waverley Station when we were headed to Aberdeen and on to Shetland. The breakfasts were yummy and the rooms lovely. Book the upper floors if possible, however, as there can be a little bit of noise from the pub. The staff were helpful and friendly 😊

Nice hotel. We loved the spa but it could use some updating. We lost power and water one one of our days here, which we had to get ready for a wedding that day, so that was a bit stressful, but the spa was open and had power and water so that was good. The rooms could use updating, but overall, weren’t bad. The restaurant was incredible, the food was truly the best we had on our entire trip in the UK. Overall, weren’t felt 4 starts was pretty spot on. The rooms were maybe more on the 3 stars side, but the restaurant and service bump it up.

The apartment was great. And 10 mins from haymarket tram stop. We had room 18 on the top floor. So if you have mobility issues this is not for you. But we knew that. So no complaints. The shower has not got a wide opening. So if you have a larger body it might be an issue. The location is about 15-20 mins to princes street . Would stay here again.
