Room was amazing and lovely. Very spacious. However only 2 of 4 elevators were working and the Wifi frequently failed to work. Line to get front desk agent was ridiculous. Make sure you check fine print too since hotels.com hides the resort fee and doesn't include it in "Total with taxes and fees".

I felt like the walk from the front entrance was quite the distance and you could only catch ride shares from the front entrance. Discovered this the hard way. This particular room had to be close to the pool and club area as you could hear the music late at night.
