I absolutely adored the king suite and recent renovations. It was inviting and felt homey and luxurious at a great value. The welcome basket was so cute and greatly appreciated. The instructions to access the property were incredibly easy to follow and I loved the no contact access available through the Goki app as well. I loved that the property is gated so I love how secure and safe it felt parking and staying there. The pedestrian gate is easy to access and also locked for security. I was initially skeptical about a motel like building especially on the first floor but with all those measures in place it felt safe secure. The location was great for me and my partner because it was within walking distance of a local cafe and diner as well as a short drive away from Bathhouse row. It was also right by the casino and you can see an old racing track right across the way which I thought was fun to see. While I’m not me for baths the tub was a very nice jacuzzi tub that I’d imagine someone who enjoys baths would appreciate. My only recommendation for the room would be to add an additional towel rack into the bathroom as we needed some extra room to hang up and dry our towels and maybe curtains to block out more light but otherwise everything was perfect. If you’re in Hot springs with a partner or friend I would highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated and very quiet. Thoughtful host provided coffee and many snacks - even for the deer. The lake was not easily accessed. Be prepared for many stairs. Comfortable beds and quality products.

In the past we've had great luck with Baymont. We have nothing but good things to say about the clerk who checked us in but it went all downhill from there. The first room assigned to us... when we went in there were still people in the room. Not a huge deal. We were given a different room and when we went in it was hot and the air conditioner was leaking. The clerk actually went with us to make sure everything was okay and immediately apologized because she also noticed the problem. Third room... after getting our stuff in the room we noticed the bedding on one of the queens had blood stains and obvious dirt. The clerk brought us new sheets and mattress cover. A short list of other issues with the room... the corners of the room we checked were all grimy, there was a used bar of soap in the shower, and mold on some of the pillows. We took photos of everything in case anyone questions it. The only reason we didn't check out was we had someone traveling with us in a different room and it would've been a major inconvenience.
