Econo Lodge Mt Hope - Beckley North
Scent was overwhelming and lobby entrance was under construction and blocked. Room was clean and bed was comfortable but sofa and toilet were very low. Pool closed for repair which is why we picked this hotel. Staff was pleasant.

Average hotel. Nothing horrible. The only thing that was a negative was getting my room card/key going up to my room and the key doesn't work. Going back down and telling the hostess. She puts them in the machine and says those should work. No apology, nothing.

Quality Inn Summersville - New River Area
Good, affordable spot for a quick stay. Front foyer smelt quite smokey but was fine in our non smoking room. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff at front desk and at breakfast were very kind and accommodating.
