The staff was great. But I did have to ask for the sheets to be changed. They were dirty. The couch didn’t look to clean as well. The room smelled a little like cigarette smoke. It definitely needs some updating. On the bright side , the room was huge. After wiping down everything and getting the sheets changed, we were good. The bed was comfortable.

The room was well cleaned the ac worked almost froze me out the only problem I had was not enough bath rags and towels and the remote wouldn’t let the volume up and down but overall stay was very nice the parking was safe and the area was safe lots of food places around

Was a great, relatively inexpensive (compared to other similar hotels in the Jackson area), place to stay. Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice and comfy bed. Had to leave one day early, but getting a refund for the rest of the stay was a breeze. Would stay again next time we're in the area.

Worth the price would stay again

The lights were out and they didn’t try to compensate for that.

You can’t beat the room rates at Hotel 27. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. The air conditioning wasn’t loud like in other places we have stayed. If I had to say there was anything they could improve on it would be breakfast but there is a Shipley Do-Nut place just a few blocks away.
