Great location, great price and really friendly staff. It could be cleaner I.e skirting boards, carpets and cups in the room. We still really enjoyed it

Beautiful property, extremely well kept and equipped. Great location near beach, restaurants and supermarkets (only few minutes walk!).

We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room with no facilities the cost was far too high for what we got as a package Because the hotel was pretty empty of guests it made the 2 nights feel like a horror movie

All round fantastic. Really helpful staff. Leisure facilities were great and the breakfast exceptional.

A truly lovely place to stay, moments away from Falmouth beach. The staff were wonderful with reception team especially making you feel as if nothing was too much trouble. We were originally placed in an attic room but moved into another (as available) with grace and speed. The hotel is full of nooks and crannies, the bar is impressively well stocked, the food really tasty - across the outlets - and the hydrotherapy session is not too be missed. Genuinely a delight.

the day before i emailed and asked to confirm if the electric car charger was working, told response would be 24 hours, no reply. got to the hotel and looked very dated, then i was told one out of the two rooms was not ready as the was busy with a wedding the day before, so went to one room and paint falling off the ceiling, very dated and floor boards squeaked and rocked. went back to the receptions and asked if i could cancel our rooms and get a full refund, i was told the manager would not be around until tomorrow so no , no help as we did not want to stay, got the keys for the second room and not great, all the corridors has linin and food from them cleaning the rooms, MY DAUGHTER graduation AND JUST WANTED TO GO HOME , sent one more email to the hotel again with no response
