Great place to stay on the river walk. Hotel was very clean guest service did an excellent job. My only suggestions are the Hotel should have complimentary bottles of water, it is very hot in Texas this time of the year. Also the room had a mini bar fridge that was full, so no place to keep drinks cold in the room. Thanks.

My mother in law was in the hotel and there were no closed captions. She is deaf. When we asked for a specific remote to be able to turn on the captions for her the person at the front desk laughed. It is required by law to be ADA compliant. But that’s not what made me the most upset, it is the person who laughed at us at the desk. I was told I would be refunded the money and I never was. The place was nice, but I wouldn’t expect anything from the staff. Stay somewhere else if you would like better service. There are tons of similarly priced hotels on the riverwalk.
