The staff was very friendly and the property and room were very clean

Staff was helpful and friendly.

From the photos, I expected a more luxurious stay. No valet, outside the front door the sidewalks were disgusting with dog poo and pee. My dog refused to use the AstroTurf pads in front of the hotel. They were filthy. The room was okay, 3 star hotel room with a 1 star bathroom. Bed was clean and comfy. The carpet is so worn and stained that I didn't feel comfortable taking my shoes off. Bathroom is tiny and dirty. Hair in the tub from previous guest. Staff were very kind and friendly.

This property is being remodeled. Some rooms taped off to be redone. Very humid in my room and there is no elevator working at this time. Not likely to stay there again. Farther away from where I needed to go. People there were very nice and friendly.
