Mammoth Spring Vacation Packages

Usually I absolutely love this place. Its why I became a member, but this stay wasn't all that great. We only got a day. We were in a circumstance where we couldnt go home for the night. When we arrived to the room the sheets weren't even all the way on the bed. there was a little trash from the previous person and it was sooo hot. We eventually call because the temperature wasn't going down. We had a maintenance lady in our room for about 45 minutes and it was very awkward. We came for the pool and we're not told that it wasn't open until we couldn't get in and then we were told it would be open in the morning. It was not. The reception had okay snacks but they burnt the popcorn and then dumped it out and never made more. The room never really cooled off the suite living room area did and it felt great in there but the room never cooled off. Then the breakfast was awful. There was nothing on the bar and the omlette line was massive. While standing in line we were forced to listen to a woman yell at the kitchen staff which made the whole thing uncomfortable. It became even more uncomfortable when she came back to the stand and began trash talking them all. Overall we didnt get almost any of the amenities that were stated and the staff were unhelpful or downright rude to each other
