It was a really nice hotel, clean, and friendly staff

Like the price(when booked in advance) location is directly across from mount rushmore adventures. Spacious rooms and views are good. Tiny pool, but having a game room is a plus but hours need to be later… most people are winding down from outside adventures and 9pm is a bit early to close those two amenities. The rooms are a bit outdated, but my biggest complaint is an unventilated shower. Either have to keep the bathroom door open or take a cold shower. Otherwise, you be drenched in sweat and have pool of steam on everything. I also don’t like the teddy bear scam. My daughters grabbed it immediately had to look it up that its “NOT” a free amenity ( if it is its not announced anywhere)

Property was clean and so nice. We ate at the restaurant one night for dinner and the food and service were both great. We had a group of 12 and we all really enjoyed our stay. We also used the trolley one day to go to downtown Deadwood and that was very convenient.

Enjoyed privacy of cabin and quietness. Easy close parking. Beautiful room. Comfortable bed and great shower. Wish they would have had a bigger skillet and bigger pot in their kitchen. Hard to cook a meal. Think it would have been nice to have a 4 burner stove top.

My wife and I were traveling and having the time of our life. Staff couldn’t have been more rude…completely changed the whole vibe with a hostile and negative attitude for no apparent reason. I understand people have bad days but I suspect this person has a lot of them. I think people in the hospitality business should know when employees or even owners are less than kind to travelers … I would not stay here again!

The condo was very clean. The host was helpful and responded to my email quickly. I would recommend this place!

I was very underwhelmed by this property. All of the furnishings are old and dilapidated the chairs in the bar/restaurant have cheap polyester covers over chairs that have been used so much. The vinyl is gone. The room itself again. The furnishings were old and dirty and fraying myself on the edges. There was only one trashcan in the room. It was in the bathroom unless they do a major renovation I would not recommend this hotel.
