From the moment you walk into Bottleworks Hotel, it’s just amazing. The smell, the decor, the atmosphere — everything immediately feels upscale and welcoming. The customer service was great from beginning to end, and the staff was attentive anytime we needed something. What really surprised me was walking from the lobby into the actual hotel. It’s even nicer than you expect! The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful, everything smells amazing, and our room was extremely clean and comfortable. Guest services was also quick and responsive. Overall, we had a great experience. You can tell they pay attention to the little details, and it really makes a difference. Definitely a hotel I would stay at again and recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in Indianapolis.

This was one of the fanciest hotels we've stayed at this summer during drum corps season. We decided to splurge and stay downtown so we wouldn't have to drive back and forth between the hotel and Lucas Oil Stadium daily, especially if we were enjoying a few drinks throughout the day. The valet was excellent and one of the best experiences about the hotel. The service at the restaurant was the worst, even if the food was good. If we stay here again, we'd go elsewhere for breakfast. The room itself was vast and spacious but not as clean as we would've liked.

The smell of this building cannot be described. Cat pee, human pee, cigarette smoke, weed, mold all rolled into one. There are people seemingly living in the parking lot in their vehicles. If I had not been extremely tired after driving 600 miles, I would not have kept my reservation. Staff was lovely and friendly, but the building itself, my goodness.

Needed a hotel in Indy and saw this one. Loved the decor and rooms were awesome with a fair price. Lots of dining options in the area but decided to try Provisions in the hotel and was not disappointed. We had great dining experience with exceptional food and staff. Will be going back.
