The hotel was under construction for renovations, which was not conveyed to us at any point until we arrived to check in. The building was dusty and made breathing difficult. There were also several construction workers smoking right at the main entrance at any given time. The gym was closed for renovations. The hotel itself was torn apart, unpainted, and the incessant noise from construction went until about 9 pm every day. The stay was completely unacceptable.

This is a wonderful historic mansion with antiques and decorated beautifully. A great place for a romantic weekend or event. The only drawback was the poor breakfast. Very poor choices, honestly just plan on a coffee or tea and then going out for breakfast. We found a number of great brunch choices very close! We would definitely stay here again.

Property is in an excellent location that is central and within walking distance to the stadium, restaurants bars and cafes. Rooms have a modern and clean design. Parking is next to the hotel in a garage and in my case I was given a permit for oversized street parking for my pickup and trailer. Overall a very nice experience!

Fabulous place while visiting our student at UNL, quick Uber to campus activities. Clean and updated, good price just a bit away from everything. Loved the kitchenette
