This place is the worst! Parking is atrocious. I have a handicap placard and they asked me to move from my handicap parking spot to make way for guests that haven’t arrived yet. They called me at 8:22 on a Friday night while I was out walking the strip with my family and told me I had to move claiming the bottoms tier is for large vehicles only, mind you I have an SUV with a rack on the top. The next day, small cars and a motorcycle were parked on the bottom level. They surprised me with a $15/night parking fee while simultaneously harrasssing me about where I should be parking on 3 occasions. The parking spots were so tight that I considered paying a separate $20 to park in the next lot over. The elevator was limited and overburdened between guests constant usage and being so slow that I elected to walk my items from to my room on 724 down 7 flights of steps to avoid using the elevator. The guest stairs go behind the lobby and look like something from a horror movie. The room was okay at best, with a tiny bathroom that makes you feel like you’re in a lavatory on a plane and walls so thin you can hear other activity. The pool looked like something you would totally avoid at all costs and the continental breakfast was the worst I have ever seen at any hotel ever in my 45 years of existence. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Whoever is in charge of this place should be ashamed of what they put their guests through. 0/5 stars and avoid at all costs!

We only stayed for one night. Friendly staff, property was clean, and the room was nice. So close to the aquarium and just a few minutes from most of the big attractions we came for.

We stayed for 2 nights and the stay was really comfortable. The view from our unit was beautiful! Will totally stay here again!

Everything was so beautiful. Very clean. Great restaurant and pool. And the staff at both front desk and restaurant was wonderful. Alittle pricey but well worth it.

It was really nice place to stay

Very disappointing stay. Our first room had an A/C unit leaking water onto the floor. There was standing water, and the wall/floor around the A/C was so soft from apparent water damage that it felt like you could fall through it. I was also concerned about moisture, mold, and what could be happening underneath the flooring. When we reported it around 8 PM, the initial solution was to put towels down. We had our 1-year-old with us who needed to go to bed, so I had to demand that we be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had its own issue. The A/C ran for nearly 24 hours and still could not properly cool the room, even set at 65°F. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of follow-up. Nobody checked to make sure the second room was actually comfortable or that our issues had been resolved. Things break, but the way a hotel responds matters. Water leaking into a guest room, apparent water damage, an A/C that doesn’t work properly, and no follow-up is unacceptable. For the price and reputation of the Ramsey, I expected much better.
