Matlock Vacation Packages

No one was there when I arrived, I waiting ten minutes then had to start calling out to get someone's attention. No lift and was put on upper floors. In actuality the hotel is not like it looks in the pictures. There is restaurant to the hotel you have to go out side and go to a restaurant next door. Not ideal.

The ambience was lovely on arrival, the staff efficient and I enjoyed the spa facilities. The room was excellent, clean and well supplied with tea, coffee, toiletries, towels etc. The only slight disappointment was that there were twin beds rather than the double I'd requested.
