Great Hotel. Beautiful pool. The rooms are big. The staff was wonderful.

Staff super friendly, greeted us with a glass of presecco. Concierge walked us over to the restaurant a block away to ensure we were taken care of. All very personalized to the max

The apartment was very clean and appropriately stocked for my stay. The parking garage was dimly lit and available spots for guests to park were sometimes hard to find. The check out process was confusing as the app gave ambiguous directions. Luckily when calling their helpline, the agent could walk me through the process. Overall the stay was pleasant and I most likely would stay there again.

This is a fun new property that has a great FW Southside location. There is so much I loved about it--the decor, the coffee machine, the well-equipped kitchen, the comfortable bed and chairs. Walking distance to some fun places, including Emporium Pies, added to the urban feel. Since this is a new hotel, I understand how there may a couple of tweaks that need to happen. The most important being--reliable hot water. Because of another review, I checked it as soon as I checked in. The kind staff member quickly resolved the problem. But two days later I was in the same situation. This was a working getaway for me so I elected to take cool showers the rest of the week. Although I loved the piped-in music outdoors when I checked in, (it really set a fun atmosphere) I don't think it was necessary in the morning and the rest of the day. It could easily be heard inside my hotel casista. Maybe it could be played duing the most popular check-in hours? Please note: The bathroom is downstairs. The bedroom is up. If you have trouble with climbing stairs, this probably wouldn't be a good fit. I think this place will be well sought after by young couples or singles who want a fun location and a unique hotel experience.

Whenever we checked in and got to our room there was a dead roach in the kitchen. Our room had a weird smell to it, musty smell. We had a problem getting a picture on the tv and maintenance had to come and replace a cable. The pool needed to be cleaned and def needs to have some work done to it as well as the area around the pool. I will say the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
