Major renovations were being done without prior notification. Towels were threadbare. Housekeeper was walking halls coughing awful without covering her mouth. We chose not to eat breakfast, but it looked pretty good if we had. Staff was fine but not fabulous.

.

Nice room great A/C and comfortable bed, also clean room.

Hotel was ok at best. AC in the room was loud and required because otherwise the room is way too hot. They claim "best mattress in America" . A little overblown. Fairly uncomfortable and some of the worst pillows. Feels like a lot of corners are cut. Three small flat pillows per bed. A room for 6 people that only has 3 towels. Previous guest leftovers were still in the fridge. Positive is we were there for Wednesday reception. Not amazing food but enough for our non picky teens to make a free dinner out of.
