We love staying at the Capital Hotel.

The hotel was very clean and quiet,; I liked the pillows, and I was satisfied with everything.

Perfectly adequate for a crash for the night. Very friendly staff on checkin.

The place was very affordable so that’s the bonus. Sketchy neighborhoods close by and a lot of sketchy guests.. however, it was very quiet. If you get a non Smoking room next to a smoking room then you’re definitely going to smell the smoke. Ac did work but definitely could use an update. TV’s worked but connection was poor and constantly cut in and out. It rained once when I was there and the WiFi stopped working completely. Call phone service was good. No free breakfast.

I was told that breakfast was not included for me because of my rate. For 2 nights I paid $288. That might be Canadian however that is not a discounted rate in my mind and it was almost twice as much than I thought I booked I don't know if that was Expedia or the hotel that blew up the rate.
