the room itself was not bad, but the floor was very dirty. there was and over amount of foot traffic all through the night. It was impossible to get any sleep. the next day when we returned to the room at 5:30 in the evening, the room had not been attended to, no trash emptying, no bed made, no fresh towels. We got our things and left, we could not spend another night in this place.

We checked in and went straight to dinner when we returned the TV's wouldn't work. When we asked about it the ONLY person on duty tried getting them fixed but was completely clueless. She said that she would put us in another room but it would take about 30 mins, so we didn't shower or unpack. Almost 2 hours later they finally called and said the room was ready. Once we moved and got ready for bed we found out that the Sleep Number beds wouldn't work. One side was full of air and the other was fully deflated and sloped off of the bed. By this time it was almost midnight so we just slept on the rollout sofa and planned on leaving for a different hotel the next morning. When we told the "General Manger" that we would not be returning she said "That's fine. You will just need to call Expedia and cancel through them." I did so after we left and the agent said they would need to call the hotel and out me on hold. Once they returned they told me that hotel was denying our cancelation and would be keeping our money for the 2nd night. I told the agent in that case we will go back and they can put us in another room. He then said that the hotel manager said that was not an option and denied our return at all. I was never rude and never raised my voice to anyone there, they just saw an opportunity to take and they took it. Overall the atmosphere was really nice but Customer Service and quality was sub par to say the least! STAY AWAY
