The room was horrible. Food wrapper behind the fridge, body jewelry on the floor, dirt and dog hair all over. Food crumbs everywhere. The sewage backed up in the bath tub and the toilet which flooded the bathroom twice. 1 washer and 1 dryer. No coffee pot in room as advertised. The phone in the room doesn't work. When I turned the heat on in the room, it made the smoke detector go off. The doors to the outside are never locked. All the doors on the ground floor looked like they have all been pried open at some point.

We love spending time here with our kids. We got married here 15 years ago and it brings back all the good memories. Lots of fun things to do at this amazing place.

Very clean, breakfast was one of the best for a “continental breakfast “.

Very disappointed, prices doubled (at least) because of University of Wyoming football game! On top of that when we arrived at 4:00 for check-in, they informed us they were delaying check-in until after the football game, because they were hosting the visiting team and they weren’t leaving till 5:00. They needed time to clean the rooms, understand but we had reservations for a few months and wouldn’t have booked here knowing that. Plus we did not receive a message or call that check-in was delayed. Asked for a discount the next morning and she said she was allowed to refund us 15% - $57.00. When you figure out the hours we were denied it should have been closer to $100, for that rate per hour. On top of that, again, they charged an additional $10.00 to our card they didn’t tell us about, for what we don’t know and it wasn’t listed on our receipt! THe property doesn’t answer their phone! Room was nice and clean - noisy though with barking dog and hallway rowdiness! The front desk was apologetic, but I think the whole situation was ridiculous!
