One Star – I Do Not Recommend This Hotel My family and I stayed at this Motel 6 for almost two months after moving to Wyoming. We were looking for a rental home and needed temporary accommodation for my wife, young daughter, and two dogs. We chose this hotel because it was pet-friendly and did not charge pet fees. Our dogs are well-trained and have never had accidents inside a room. I worked delivering orders through various apps and regularly renewed our reservations every few days. One day, after booking another three-night stay through Hotels.com, I arrived and was told the manager had prohibited me from staying because my dogs had allegedly urinated and defecated in the room. This accusation was false, and no evidence or photographs were shown to me. The hotel refused to let us check in and told me to contact Hotels.com to cancel. The booking platform said the reservation was still active and that a refund could take 7–10 business days. After nearly three hours trying to resolve the situation, my family and I were left without a place to stay, facing the possibility of sleeping in our vehicle. The front desk said the manager might call me within three days, but I never received that call. Even if my dogs had caused a problem—which they did not—the manager could have contacted me and discussed a reasonable solution. After nearly two months as paying customers, we deserved better treatment. I eventually found another hotel with larger rooms, even though it charged

We love spending time here with our kids. We got married here 15 years ago and it brings back all the good memories. Lots of fun things to do at this amazing place.

This is a very well remodeled hotel that was exceptionally quiet and comfortable. The room was not huge, but had a giant TV and small kitchenette. The couch and bed were comfortable. My only complaints were the dirty rug in the living room and no hot water at the kitchen sink. The rug either needs to be shampooed or replaced with a dark rug that won’t show dirt. Also, there was a gas valve on the floor that really needs a cover for safety reasons. You will need to run the shower for a few minutes to get hot water. We would stay here again!
