Mena Vacation Packages

Just so everybody knows at this hotel they do not do the online booking so this online booking thing for the motel is a complete scam you have to call them and get it taken care of

This was a nicely maintained property with very helpful staff. It was a bit overrun by highway/electric workers but they couldn’t control that! I was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator but the manager helped with my bags

It was late when we got in, but it wasn't as good as I had hoped.

Our room wasn’t clean. The shower wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests and had hair on the wall. It was obviously rushed and the staff was sitting in the gazebo smoking when we arrived before rushing off to finish our room.

This is by far the nastiest property I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room smelled like moldy dogs, there were dead flys everywhere and the mattress cover stains from God knows what. Lucky I was on camping trip so I had river shoes to walk around room, and sleeping bag that I used to sleep on top of covers. I only got the room because of heavy rain storm, If given the choice next time I’ll sleep outside in the rain. At least I know what I’ll be facing.
