Excellent location Staff very helpful and knowledgeable My 9th time staying there Love it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I check in & checked out immediately after viewing the room. There was mold all in the bathroom & in the ceiling in the room. The receptionist was very nice, unfortunately she couldn’t accommodate me due to that mold issue.

The property was run-down and dirty. Corners of the walls were chipped, elevator doors were dirty, the hallway had a stench, and the hallway carpet and tile were dirty. The room had a broken wooden panel. We went down to get breakfast at 9:00 AM, and they ran out of eggs. We had to ask for the sausage to be refilled. The dining counters and tables had food on them.

This was our second time staying at this location. We enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.

Good clean experience nice staff

Awesome breakfast. Shame no Fox News on TV’s.

I wish that I could rate my actual stay, but I was unable to do so. Despite making my reservation a couple weeks ago, when I arrived to check in at 8 pm (just me and my young daughter), I was told that they had overbooked and there were absolutely no rooms. We had just driven several hours to get there. We were informed that all hotels in the area had overbooked. I was able to sit in the lobby and call a hotel 20 miles back in the direction I had just come from and secure a room for $216 as opposed to the $74 room I booked here. Clearly, this is not the fault of the front desk worker and he was nothing but kind. I also rate Travelocity poorly for this—why isn’t there a contingency plan if this happens? Why bother booking through Travelocity if no help can be offered when stranded in another state? Why couldn’t the hotel give me a heads up to NOT DRIVE THERE if my room wasn’t actually available? This put my in a financial position I was not anticipating.
