Looks like a dump from the outside. But room was fine, bed comfy, location quiet. And waaaayyyy cheaper than local alternatives

Roxanne was wonderful, checking us in and getting us a room when our original booking wasn’t ready. I love the decor at the Graduate brands, reflecting local campus traditions, and this was no exception. Walkable to State Street with many dining and bar options. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is in a great location. Staff is very friendly. ‘Vinnie the Bar Tender’ was great to speak with.

Without a doubt the best hotel fitness room I’ve ever seen. Downsides would be the very small rooms. We had to switch rooms for the last night, and both rooms were not much bigger than the undersized queen beds. Claustrophobic! Make sure you have a small car if you plan on parking onsite, as it’s also very tight. No free breakfast or coffee. The bar is decent. Convenient location for walking around town.
