Great location. Good access to university district and other parts of city. Close to Oxford Rd station. Bit of a mission to find the room.

Lovely hotel with great amenities. Located near the town centre which was very helpful. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Lovely setting. Pleasant room with plenty of hanging space in the built-in wardrobe which had full mirror doors. Would have liked a second comfy chair as we don't like sitting in bed. The mattress was a bit too hard for me, but most are as I have a problem hip (as many older people do). The bathroom was clean apart from one minor detail. Dispensers well positioned, though I didn't them use as I didn't like the smell of the argan oil range products, The main drawback, though, was the long walk along two corridors to reach our room, 165, so I had to use my walker. Usually I can manage with a stick. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of food and was only let down by the poached and fried eggs, which looked unappetising. Staff very helpful and attentive.

Lift not working, need to climb three stairs with luggage, building under renovation, noisy started early in the morning, scaffolding workers walking outside bathroom, living room eve though our room on the third floor, privacy and safety issue, Very messy and dirty with renovation and demolition material lying around in the complex.
