I am quite dissatisfied,there was a power outage ,over 8 hrs,and received no compensation from either side in this manner.I was unable to sleep,and stayed elsewhere for one night.Justice was not served! thank you J. A. Freeman

We had two adults and two kids and got a suite where we all had a comfortable stay separate rooms mini kitchen with full fridge/freezer, two bathrooms and a living room. The pool and hot tub was great and plenty of parking.

I had a lovely stay at your hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Very scenic area. I have no complaints.

When I first walked into my assigned room, which was supposed to be a non-smoking room, it smelled so strongly of stale cigarette smoke that I almost threw up. ​I went to the front desk and asked to switch rooms, so they moved me to another one. This time, the bathroom sink was cracked, but since it seemed functional, I decided to just let it pass and stay. ​However, when I went to sleep, the bedding wasn't fully dry, so it felt damp the whole night while I was sleeping, which ruined my mood.
