Just awful. Incredibly hot. Tiny plasticky en suite. Dark corridors. Loud tv’s in rooms. It was simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in London. At 11pm I decided that I wasn’t comfortable at all and booked another hotel nearby and left.

The room was spotless. Every member of staff was pleasant and helpful .Very welcoming Breakfast was very good .Excellent variety but no berries. Hotel was well placed for sightseeing and all the attractions of London

Great location, clean rooms. However, as the hotel is located above a pub it is noisy and hard to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. We could hear the pounding music which made it hard to sleep. There is no hotel common area or prescription area….. price reflects what you get.

The hotel was modern and was in great shape, but there were literally no amenities. They didn’t have any water for the room. They claimed to have a restaurant, but there was no restaurant - there was one across the street that was only open for breakfast; the bathroom floors were not clean- you couldn’t tell until you walked on them, but they obviously had not been mopped. The bar which was limited in items did not have many seats, so it was always full. However, every single member of the staff was great.

Hotel was great for a hot stay in London! Great air conditioning and wonderful refillable water station on each floor! Very clean and a great sushi roll in the bar!!
