First of all, I wanted to tell you how much of an impact your staff has had on our Stay at your facility at every turn they’ve been there for us. We had a very rough commute to Nashville over 17 hours in our car and the second that we arrived here Vanessa. and Landon have been there to help us with everything from establishing rides, restaurants, and reservations for helping us navigate the city for all the special touches that we have received inside our room. We can’t tell you how well they have done their job and how much we appreciate our stay here when we do come back to Nashville. The hotel staff is very professional. The hotel design is beautiful and intentional in all of the shared spaces and the private rooms. Lovely.
