Great place to sleep and good breakfast. Not five star food or anything but you get what you pay for. Very clean and on top of things. Good front desk service and easy to communicate when needed to with them. Would stay again.

The location is very good. My bedroom was relatively clean except the bathtup/shower. The bottom of the tub had rust showing and the shower handle was not installed properly. Bed area was fine. The cleaning staff was very noisy in the morning in the hallway. The doors closing from other rooms would shake the walls a bit.

The rooms were so clean and comfortable while being styled beautifully modern.

While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building. There is an abandoned building across the street on E. Washington and a number of homeless hang out there. We also saw a guy on drugs bent over and just standing there in a daze. I realize that the hotel can't do much about it, but I wouldn't stay there again. Rooms were also very cramped.

Everything was great. the only thing needing improvement was the yard and parking lot. There was a lot of trash on the yard around the building and the containers outside were running over. That was not just one day but the entire 5 days we were there. I suggest you to have someone check the exterior at least 3 times a day and empty the containers. I noticed that travelers were cleaning out their cars in the front driveway. Its a shame when such a nice place and the trash around the front entrance is the first thing you see when you arrive. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all. Sandie Williams
