Brian on front desk was excellent, provided good advice and resolved our one issue quickly. A credit to the hotel

Perfect location for access to Bourbon St, streetcars and no noise from the street. Very well-kept property, friendly staff and convenient location. Will stay again!

Great location on Canal and near the French Quarter. Clean room and comfortable bed. Super friendly and helpful staff.

For the most part we enjoyed our stay here. Our room was clean, the staff was very sweet and helpful, and the bed and pillows were VERY comfortable! Also, the air conditioning worked very well, the location was awesome (close to everything), and the shower head was AMAZING!!!!!! Now for the not-so-good...the street noise is very loud here! Loud people walking by, loud cars, and just general noise happened all night, every night. Of course, our room was right next to the street. Also, the TV was very glitchy. Finally, what they advertise as a "King" bed is not actually a king-sized bed - it was a queen. We inquired about that, and the desk lady said that's just what they call it and that all the rooms have the same size. Not sure if we would stay here again - we would probably try another hotel outside the French Quarter. Overall, it was slightly more positive than negative.

Great location, ideal for our family gathering, walking distance to French quarter, restaurants and museums, the trolley stops right outside. One garage parking space is included, additional parking is $35 per day.

The apartment is well located on Canal Street with walking distance to French Quarter. It is a nice apartment and quiet and once the very loud air conditioning unit is seen to, highly recommended!
