Mount Union Vacation Packages

Love that off-street parking is included. The staff is friendly and helpful. Fresh, hot coffee in the morning. Clean rooms with excellent black-out curtains.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I reserved two rooms when I booked, however the hotel told me they only had one room under my name even though I showed Mike at the front desk my reservation showing two rooms. He was incredibly rude, unempathetic, and just told me there was nothing he could do. Now the hotel and Expedia refuse to provide me a refund back to my credit card for services NOT PROVIDED.

I wasn't prepared for the desk-less check-in process, but once I figured it out, it was a great location. Just be sure to check your phone when you're arriving! The staff chat was responsive and the hotel was convenient to the downtown.

Disappointing Stay at Liberty Lodge Unfortunately, our stay at Liberty Lodge was not a good experience. The room had a really bad smell, which made it uncomfortable from the start. The noise from upstairs was horrible on both nights, with constant stomping and a squeaky bed that went on for about 45 minutes. The noise repeatedly woke me up around midnight when I was trying to sleep, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. We also noticed that some of the rooms appeared to be occupied by people living there. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and the room was not the comfortable, peaceful place we expected. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again.

The staff was great. The room was nice.

The hotel is in good condition, everything is very clean. And the service is very good, very friendly, the breakfast is also good. I recommend it. 💯
