We had a pleasant two-night stay. The breakfast buffet is absolutely wonderful! Fresh bread, fruit, cheeses, yogurt with many options of toppings … We liked having the coffee machine available at all times in the lobby as well as cold water to refill our bottles. The beds were very comfortable. Bring your own hair wash. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect - lots of restaurants around and very close to the water and all the sights we were wanting to see by foot.

The view was 100% worth every penny. The complementary breakfast buffet was delicious. There are cute sheep nearby that you can hear on your balcony. You get free buses with a guest card but you have to ask for it. My only complaint were that the walls were a little thin so you can hear into the hallways in the morning. Had an amazing time overall!

We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!

Such an excellent experience! The hotel staff were so friendly & helpful. The room was beyond comfortable with AC, a wonderful bed, black out shades, a Nespresso machine, robes & slippers, complimentary waters, excellent water pressure, +++. Perfect location for exploring the Old Town & great restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our suite was spacious and offered absolutely amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Being one of the highest hotels in Wengen made the scenery even more spectacular. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. We would definitely stay here again.

It was hard to find at first as the property is listed as a different name on Google Maps and signage nearby (I’m not sure why it has a different name on hotels.com) The room was clean. No aircon, but there was a fan. A very good bathroom with a powerful shower. Amazing views of the valley

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Great location right across the train station and short 2 min walk to the cable car. Would stay here again if ever in Wengen.
