This place is decent. Nothing to write home about, but decent for the night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and really that’s what matters. The staff were friendly. We didn’t try the breakfast. We were in building two, so we would literally had to drive to breakfast, so we skipped out and got breakfast a bit down the road. Building two isn’t walkable to much. The view is the creek from the balcony was nice and there were a bunch of geese and ducks which was cool. Parking is not great! Especially at building two. The parking lot is small and there isn’t enough parking for every room, so it’s first come, first serve. Meaning if you’re here for corvette expo or in a super car to drive The Dragon, there isn’t anywhere to park your car, out of the way, to ensure it won’t get hit. Otherwise, it was a nice enough stay. Not sure we would stay again, due to the parking situation though.

The room was older but had been remodeled. very clean. Newer AC. We were on the first level so there was no place to sit outside which was disappointing but it was easy to get to. The WiFi was not good, signal was poor.

Staff was amazing.

We loved the location, we were right up in the mountains ,getting to see the nature. A downside was that there was little to none house keeping.There was a list of tasks we had to do before leaving like putting our used towels outside the door, opening blinds, emptying garbage, and doing the dishes. They also didn't have extra accommodations available like blankets and pillows and we also had to get extra towels ourselves.

My kids had a blast on the waterslide. Jessica was so friendly and helped my little one so I could catch her. They played until it closed. There was something on the bed but they gave us new bedding. There were also hidden fees I didn’t know about for the amenities. Would stay again though.

Clean spacious room. Staff was super friendly and valet parking was easy and quick. Restaurant on site was great. I used the gym and it was great. Great location and very close to the Biltmore.
