This hotel was wonderful… we had to pivot because of an issue with our VRBO rental. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only complaint we have is the lack of an elevator, and the breakfast food was cold.

Great location for access for the GSMNP and Bryson City and Cherokee. Room was clean, good shower, and comfortable bed. It was exactly what I was looking for in that area. I will definitely stay here again

Our stay at Longview was amazing! The staff was very accommodating and easy to communicate with! The view is a stunning, food was delicious and the spa was such an amazing experience! Can’t wait to come back!
