The room had a condensation machine in it. When woke up and walked on the floors they were soaked and wet. Otherwise the room was clean and staff friendly.

I really liked the very comfortable rooms and the very good food and the very friendly staff

Poor selection of breakfast options, the majority of the hotel was under construction, and it felt like a zombie place. I didn't know it was so horrible when I booked it until I got an email and asked the Sales Manager if she was giving any concessions to the restaurant since the majority of the hotel was under construction and she refused. Her message to me via Expedia also mentioned about the pool hours yet there was no pool at all! False advertising and my room had a musty moldy smell that made breathing a little hard at times. The bathroom was tiny. The front entrance didn't even have a working fountain. It was just a horrible hotel and wish I had looked into it more as it was a ghost town in there. Would not recommend! The hotel rates should have been cheaper than the nonsense that it was.
