Neptune Beach Vacation Packages

This is the worst place to ever vacation and I have heard this from other people that had the same stay on the property as me. They falsely accuse me of my room, smelling like marijuana. I’m not even from the area. I had just landed that night so I wouldn’t even know how to arrange for that. I don’t even smoke second I seen several people smoking on the property, so I felt I was targeted for for my aesthetic and looks third when I got there they didn’t not even have a room available for me not the room that I booked for. They weren’t even gonna tell me until I asked for the room that they put me in the shower was broken so they had to send maintenance early in the morning, which broke my sleep to come fix the shower knob so we could take a bath was delayed the whole morning that we had last, but not least they moved us in the middle of the morning which really delayed what we had going on which they should have had this together from the jump. I booked several weeks in advance. The staff attitude was horrible. I also video recorded the shower because I couldn’t believe after a long flight me and my partner could not utilize the shower how we wanted to the Jamaican van driver was just rude. He put us off the bus saying he wasn’t going the way of our building so we will have to either walk or get on the other van. There’s nothing to do there. It’s very boring half of the staff don’t want their jobs. It’s just a horrible place a horrible experience. I will never in my life go ba

Great motel, Google Maps needs to be updated as to how to get into the property though. Amazing swimming pool. The air conditioning was excellent, got the room cold in the hot and humid Florida weather. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.

Unfortunately didn’t get much time to use the pool as we were out at the parks. Everything was very clean and staff extremely helpful. AC unit in room was unfortunately very loud but an older style unit. For myself there was a lack of choice at breakfast as I have coeliac disease so need gluten free options- I did get fruit but no cereal or choice of bread. Would definetly stay again and recommend to friends.
