Hotel was nice and met our needs. O my downside was both times we stayed the elevator was out. 1st time on our way to the destination we stayed and we were on the 3rd floor

Rooms are clean. Outside areas could use some love. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious 10/10! Didn't experience bar service but the area is very nice. Overall we had a very nice stay.

We arrived late at night, and our floor smelled of weed. When we arrived at the room, the door was wide open, TV on, beds unmade with trash still in the trash cans. We went back to the front desk and requested a new room. The staff were apologetic and helpful. They quickly issued us a new room, on the same weed smelling floor, but the stay was quiet after that. No complaints, just "smoke free" is only for those who abide by the rules in most hotels. Mistakes happen, but a staff that quickly corrected them was appreciated.

Rooms were clean and up to date. Housekeepers were thoughtful and caring. Breakfast attendant was Very helpful and Pleasant and the breakfast was good. Front desk were pleasant and very courteous! Only small problem was the ironing board needed a little fixing, which I was able to do myself.
