Bugs in the room. Dirty tub toilet and sink!! Smelled musty. Horrible DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

When we arrived no one was at the desk. Had to call Michelle and then had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up. Room could’ve been cleaner. They gave the room we had reserved away. Toilet took overnight to fill half way. Instead of a queen bed it was a full size bed.

The place was clean. It’s a cold breakfast. Only complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable.

Everything was clean and in good repair, obviously the place is either new or very recently renovated. The towels were great, very nice refrigerator as well. The TV system was lousy, no regular TV channels available, just a set of “free channels” that didn’t have a very good selection. Once I found something to watch, the system kept buffering every 3-5 minutes and sometimes took 30 seconds to buffer back on. Overall 7of 10.

For a remodeled hotel, it was terrible. The room smelled like moth balls, the floor baseboards were coming off the wall and the bathroom paint in the shower was coming off the wall. I was woken up several times by people yelling and the adjoining door to my room -omg! Someone threw something against the door at 1:30 in the morning and startled me. Very trashy! Don’t stop here!

Rooms were small but very comfortable. AC was out in lobby, had a few portable units running. Breakfast room NO AC, NO FANS. I could barely eat. Must have been 90+. Reported to desk that this was terrible.

After driving over 9 hours to get to this hotel, I was shocked to see that it looked nothing like the pictures. The beautiful pool my family was excited to swim in was EMPTY! After calling and getting no answer for over 3 hours, it was a horrible experience. I canceled and found another hotel in the city. Very disappointing and frustrating.
