Beautiful place. Amazing views. I would stay here every time. The property owners were very nice and answered any questions I had. They made sure I was taken care of. If you are in pigeon forge or gatlinburg, stay here.

We enjoyed our stay here and would book here again for any future trips to Gatlinburg. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Our bed in our room was comfortable, everything was clean and modern, and the hotel is in a perfect location to be able to walk into town. My only complaint would be that there is not a coffee maker in the room. There is a Starbucks right inside the lobby which is nice, but not free. We got a room with a balcony and glad we did! The views were amazing and it was nice to sit out there in the morning and evenings when we were in our room. Overall, great experience and highly recommend!!

This is an older property, but they have done an excellent job updating the rooms. We have stayed here several times. We love the size of the rooms, we love the fireplaces. We love the location in Gatlinburg. We were going to be late, so we called and Caleb put us at ease, that there would no problem. We have loved everyone that we have met here. Oh, we also needed some help after we checked in and Caleb immediately came to the room and fixed our problem. Awesome stay. Thank You.
