Comfort Inn North Conroe
No one reported construction happening on the roof and I was not made away until check in to a non refundable room. Even just during daytime hours, I would have never booked with a toddler knowing construction was happening. The ceiling in the room was disgusting and had major water damage

Best Western Lake Conroe Inn
We felt safe at this hotel since there was only one way in. We coulld tell they had updated some things in the room like tiles and fresh paint. Our bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed our view of the lake from across the street. We could not hear any street noise, which is always a plus.
