We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Easy check in. Great location near the airport. Super clean. Smelled really good. Good parking. Safe. Nice decor. Highly recommend.

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was clean. Conveniently located. Great restaurant with good food and drinks

Had to move rooms the lock on my balcony door wouldn’t shut. The entire time we were there we didn’t get our room cleaned once nor new towels and when we did ask for towels it took forever for them to bring it up. Sheets had holes sofas had dark huge staining. The staff at bars on Fourth of July were rude and didn’t allow us to have a cup saying they were running out. The lazy river is dark and dirty. Netting for kids to climb onto slides is all broken. Water is so hot feels like you’re in pee water. Just poor service poor room quality.

The elevator is not working properly. Breakfast is not ready for many people.

Very charming place to stay. It is clean and modern, but in an old refurbished home, so there is plenty of personality. Nice touches, like snacks, teas and coffees in the common area. It is right next to the train tracks, so expect train traffic. If you want walking distance to Old Towne Spring, this is THE place to stay.
