Room very small for the price, bathroom floor in bad repair, window frames damp/mouldy, flaking paint work, floor uneven under foot. Raised drain covers outside our room, which were a trip hazard. Right on the main road lots of passing traffic noise, cobwebs in the dining area, would not recommend.

Nice room, great location but needs to be stated on website there is no elevator or lift. Was very difficult to drag bags up to the top floor.

Lovely apartment. Have now stayed in Edinburgh and St Andrews apartments. Kitchenette light on utensils/cloths but overall a lovely quality property.

Terrible internet! No A/C! Worse I have stayed in! I was put in a handicap room. The shower got the entire bath standing in water. This was due to the shower having no raised tile so a wheelchair could roll in. The tiny sink was at my knees. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I tried to get other accommodations elsewhere but nothing was available. It was so bad, I was willing to loose the price we had paid!

Everything. Staff, location, breakfast, clean, give the staff a raise.
