Disappointed - dirty curtains and carpets

I really love this hotel! We had a really big bedroom and a lovely bathroom (the shower was amazing). There was even a fridge which is rare. Bear in mind it’s kinda far from the center of Aberdeen but parking was easy on a week night. We went in a lovely italien restaurant Al fresco where the price was quite affordable and the service super quick.

This property was convenient to downtown venue we were attending. It is very close to the university so there are a lot students who tend to party a lot in the area.

Staff was very nice. Wonderful breakfast.

Have stayed at this hotel on many occassions and have always enjoyed. Over the past year or so, some of the attention to detail has gone. Not enough to stop going but little things like removing sparkling water and fresh milk from the rooms which helped make it better than some of the local competition.

I stayed at this hotel some time aho and it was amazing, i stayed last night and the hotel is poor... only bar food available as the main restautant only opens wed to sun. The room is very tired with oily stains on the bedding, carpets all stained, the shower seal was full of mould from top to bottom, the water didnt drain away so the shower base was full of water. When i opened the window i thougjt it was going to fall in... when i checked out there was no customer service at all..sorry i wont be staying hete again
