Good location for city centre Large room & shower room Expensive plus extra £15 to park. Breakfast ok but service/interaction lacking.

We booked this hotel for the spa and pool which was great, although the steam room was not working, which was disappointing, but the sauna was working, although it was in a bit of demand as a result. The pool and changing facilities were fantastic. Breakfast was great, with hot food ordered from a menu rather than a hot buffet, but staff were very attentive and the food was great. Continental breakfast also there to choose from. Good location, especially for the bus station. Train station a short walk also. We didn't get a chance to sample the dinner or drinks but it was a great open space for the bar and a good open communal space for relaxing. We will be glad to stay again in future. Thank you!

Great location, clean and very easy check in & out

This was a really lovely clean hotel with a really nice feel about it. We really enjoyed our stay here and we’ll definitely come back. The only downside is the parking situation, there aren’t nearly enough spaces.

Very pleased with the location of this hotel, we used local bus service to get into city. Plenty parking at the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner at hotel was very good. Reception staff very friendly and helpful as were dining room staff.

Excellent staff, really helpful. Lovely pool.
