I have booked the river view room and upon my arrival I was told that someone changed it and I had to stay in regular room. No apologies rather rude front desk staff !!! I will never visit this nor recommend my friends and family!

Room, pool and common areas were all very clean and enjoyable! Staff was fantastic. My parents enjoyed the coffee shop in the lobby. Parking was so easy. The ONLY downfall is their rooftop restaurant. The food taste and presentation was not good at all. I was surprised because the rest of the hotel was great. Do not plan to eat on the property if you want a decent meal. 10/10 otherwise!

If you want to see some bears stay here! We had a perfect view of multiple bears from out creek side balcony. Room was nice, would have been perfect if those “ finishing touches “ were done. Little things like touching up paint, replacing shower curtain ( which was clean) replacing the carpet. The staff was friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at the lodges! It was close to everything but just far enough away from the busy main road. Plenty of space, great for families. Staff was extremely nice including the security guard watching over the parking lot at night. We are definitely making this place our yearly stay while in pigeon forge.

Staff was amazing!

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Location was perfect for shopping and restaurants. We took our small dog, she enjoyed her stay as well. She said she needs a dog approved grassy area for hotel dog guests located on the second floor or super close to the hotel.

Rooms were clean. Super close to town. Pool was great.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo. It was very clean and spacious for our family of 5. Close to everything. Walmart was just up the road. Depending on what building you’re in you do have to drive across the road to get to the bigger pool and the game room. It is perfect for a family with kids of all ages.
