Bug infestation all over our suite.

Everything was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the rooms were quiet (for downtown). The staff was nice and the restaurant was good. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

Clean and brand new pet friendly apartment in a safe neighborhood. Also has a nice pool.

We were relocated to this hotel because another property we selected did not work out. I Upon check-in, we were told the breakfast buffet was included in our stay. The next morning we went down had breakfast. It was not that good. We had two strips of bacon and an egg white bite and I received a bill for $38.77. I told the waitress that it was supposed to be included. She said that's fine. Just write your room number on the bill and we'll take it off, ok great that's what I did. We did not eat there the next morning because it was not good and when I got home, I got a bill on my credit card for the breakfast that we were told was included. I've called four times the manager Anthony does not return calls I spoke with a nasty woman this morning at the front desk, who was not helpful and told me we did not select breakfast to be included when we made our reservation. I explained to her we did not make this reservation. We were relocated here, but regardless of what Expedia selected the gentleman checking us in told us it was included now I'm disputing it with my credit card company. The hotel was nice. It was clean and everybody we met was friendly however, now that I'm home to be charged for something I was told was included is dirty.

Property was a little worn. They did post that an entire refresh/update is being done in November. I would try again after that is completed.
