To close to door. To much traffic. Deborah is the only one who knows what room to put us in with less noise. Hubby didn’t get much sleep but she tried and Thank you for mopping the floor front desk.

Very nice property, but may not be the best place for seniors. Lots of kids.

Hotel was overrun with loud guests just hanging out all over the lobby throughout my stay. Yelling, kids running around. Very low brow. Room was renovated and good. Common areas in bad need of renovation.

When we arrived, we were somewhat surprised at the condition of the hotel, being a part of the Ritz Carlton chain. The hotel was rundown, floors were not swept or clean. Our hotel room smelt like dog urine. Will not go back.

Great property new with great gym! Highly recommend

Nice, though older, well-kept property. Rooms need a microwave and a nice bfast. Dislike people being allowed to smoke right outside their room, which is also, right outside their neighbor's room, too. Almost always had to pass through smoking entering or leaving room. Consequently, Will not stay there again.
