The room and overall property was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was incredible. The room location and all the amenities were spot on. I couldnt have asked for a better vacation property. I will definitely be booking additional stays in the future.

The hotel is good for the price. It has been undergoing renovations and the rooms are very nice as is most of the physical property. Only 1 elevator was working so waits could be long. The biggest problem was the lack of staff for the restaurants, the lobby bar and the pool. The staff that was there was excellent, but they were overworked and stressed. There was only 1 waitress at breakfast, not even a bus boy to help. It took 1:15 for breakfast. The food was very good when it arrived. Hopefully they get more staff as it has a lot of potential for a boutique hotel.

The best thing about this place was it was right on the beach but that's it. The unit was dirty there was a bug in the bed when we pulled the sheets back, the comforter had a cover over it but the edge of the comforter was dirty, the dish towel was folded nice and cute on the counter when i opened it to go use it there was what looked liked dried spaghetti sauce, the pull out couch was broke so we ended up buying air mattress but of course we did not see this until bed time when the office was closed, the floors were dirty even after I mopped twice and the bath towels had holes and were old and worn. The manager did offer us to move but we had 6 people and a lot of stuff there was no way we were moving it all again. Last thing the AC took about 3 days to get to 72 and this was probably because one of the sliding glass doors was opened behind the curtains that is not a door you go in and out of so it was not noticed for a few days.

We absolutely loved everything about this stay!! Especially the helpful and friendly staff. This was truly a vacation/resort experience. They have the best spot on the beach and they do a great job of keeping it maintained. 10/10 can’t wait to do it again.

This place was incredible. I went with my best friend for the weekend and it surpassed all expectations! Definitely a girl weekend spot although there was the odd couple staying there as well. The pool during the day is such a vibe and the restaurant at night also very vibey. The staff is incredible very 5 star service level. Definitely one of my favorite hotel stays. The one thing just to know is that the pool food is quite pricey, those prices make sense to me for dinner but not for pool food, but you can get simpler options at the cafe on site which is phenomenal too.

Horrible!! They absolutely over price these rooms. No way anyone should pay that price for these conditions. I booked and paid online & when I show up a surprise fee now needs to be paid, which was not on the site whatsoever nor when they messaged me directly did they tell me. I had no choice but to pay it. The outside hotel is disgustingly, dog poop in bags right outside my unit for days. The room was DISGUSTING, no one can ever tell me they clean those room. Hair, bugs, dirt on the floor. Kitchen is disgusting. The toaster started smoking when we tried to use it. I bought foods for the 4th and what I had on the counter I had to throw away as they are infested with ants. So I wasted so much money doing that and since I discovered it the evening before the 4th I couldn’t even replace it so the celebration did not turn out the way we planned. When I advised the front desk all she said was oh you can’t leave stuff out, it’s normal. No ma’am. I live in florida and I leave foods out on my counters all the time. I think our neighbors live there full time. We were two girls and they made us VERY uncomfortable, today at 7am like 7 police cars for those people! My last morning was filled with fighting, cops & giving statements. The door HA lol the knob/lock is falling off, a child could break in. We had to push furniture against it. Zero sleep cause of those neighbors who party all night and fight. And lastly, you’ll smell weed all the time in your unit. HORRIBLE!
