The staff was wonderful, very helpful and the room was OK. A little small but overall it was pretty good.

I recently attended a wedding, where the majority of the guest stayed at this excellent hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was excellent and we had everything we needed. Well done and thank you very much. Highly recommend.

My room had a window. But not a view. The window faces the entrance facade and was just a plastered wall. Little to no light. Was hoping for a view of the area hills (mountains) but no. Room also smelled horrible. The front desk had free samples of dove deodorant. I used it to make my room bearable.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Chattanooga. It is walking distance to downtown and the Walker theater. It was clean, staff were helpful and friendly, bar and restaurant on site, pool is small but nice, and valet was normal pricing for overnight parking. We will definitely stay here again.
