Not a bad stay for the price. Could use a better cleaning and some maintenance. Located within sight of Kings Island.

Room was nice. Staff was helpful in answering questions. Plenty of parking.

My stay started with Kelly checking me in and she was so cheerful, have great info on attractions and food close by. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I was worried there would be noise from the interstate but heard no traffic. Well definitely look to book here again when staying in this area.

The check in was quick and we were in our room quickly, downside the bathroom was still dirty as there was hair in the bathtub and there was no trashcan in the bathroom and then we wanted a soda there was no vending machines anywhere on the property and the ice machine did not work at least on the second floor and don’t forget to plug in the air conditioner as they unplug it, also they don’t want you to call them the phone didn’t work.

The Staff was friendly and welcoming! Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.

Clean

Usually we use Hampton Inn. But this one isn't worth the stay. Checking in, they tried to double charge me. Which was paid months ahead. After a long day at Kings Island, we returned to get cleaned up for dinner and there was NO hot water. The day we get up to no hot water again.. Very disappointed
